A Message from the Principal
Welcome to Al Falah Academy, our community’s Pre-K3 to 12th grade Islamic school! We are honored to be entrusted with the education of your children, and look forward to partnering with you in developing our youth in academic achievement that leads to successful service to humanity, and character that reflects our role-model, our beloved Prophet Muhammad (saws).
At Al Falah Academy, we build the foundation of education on three critical pillars. First, we aim to establish an Islamic worldview, with our staff actively integrating an Islamic perspective into their lessons when possible, and by supporting the code of character exemplified by our beloved RasulAllah (saws) in our relationships with and between all stakeholders: students, parents, staff, and community. We strive to instill core Islamic values in our students, and have identified 5 key character traits of our Prophet Muhammad (saws)—Gratitude, Perseverance, Accountability, Respect, and Empathy—that are the blueprint for success in duniya and aakhirah, in this world and the next, insha’Allah.
Next, we compile the best practices in instruction and assessment, combined with quality curricular resources. We invest in a qualified and committed staff of educators and administrators who are dedicated to the success of the students and the school. We offer professional development to continuously improve our staff and our practices, and that growth mindset is modeled for our students. We partner with aligned institutions in our community, whether educational, civic, or religious, to guide our students to be the Citizen Scholar-Believers we want to see as they mature.
The final and equally important pillar of our foundation is parental involvement. We partner with you, our parents, to provide service to the school, so that all parents are actively aware of the dynamics and environment of their students. Al Falah Academy is an extension of your home, your values, and your dreams for your children. We can achieve our hopes if we are united, and AFA offers so many opportunities for parent engagement in the life of their children.
Al Falah Academy is a reflection of all of us. Our board members, administrators, teachers, and parent organization have developed and continue to grow our policies, procedures, and programs to create a positive, nurturing, Sunnah-inspired environment both during the school day and in extracurricular activities after school and on weekends. With your support, we foster success and self-confidence in our students. Our mutual goal is to establish a strong sense of identity as a Muslim, with firm iman in our hearts, impacting our community in a positive manner. Brief History of AFA
Al Falah Academy is the effort from a group of community members who have been working on the school project since 2008. The School is based on Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama’ah and is not affiliated with any local, national or international organization.

Welcome to Al Falah Academy! As we explore our school today, I’m excited to share how this wonderful place has shaped my life since second grade.
Al Falah isn’t just a school; it’s been my second home, a place where I’ve grown academically, spiritually, and culturally. One of the best things about Al Falah is the diverse education it offers. In addition to regular subjects, we have Arabic, Quran, and Islamic studies classes. These unique offerings give us a deeper connection to our heritage and faith, something you won’t find in most schools.
Being one of the top Islamic schools in Metro Atlanta isn’t just a title for us. It’s a reflection of our dedication to providing an outstanding education. But what makes Al Falah truly special is our community. Our students come from all walks of life, yet a shared commitment to learning and growth unites us. Here, every student is valued, and every voice is heard.
At Al Falah, we understand that students learn at different speeds and have varying abilities in subjects like Quranic studies, math, and Arabic. That’s why we offer different levels of classes. This way, each student gets the right kind of teaching that suits them best, helping them learn and grow at their own pace.
Our teachers are the heart of Al Falah. They don’t just teach; they inspire us to be our best selves. With their guidance and support, we’re encouraged to reach for the stars and achieve our dreams. Our teachers are amazing at tailoring their teaching to suit each student’s needs. Whether a child needs a bit of extra help or is ready to tackle more challenging material, our teachers are there to support and encourage them every step of the way.
