Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a field aligned with the desired subject
• Teacher certification preferred
• Minimum 1 yr of classroom experience in an American setting
• Authorized to work in the US
• Working knowledge of computers, internet, and common applications

Job Function:

• Teach assigned subjects using engaging and age-appropriate instructional methods.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in students.
• Assess student progress through tests, projects, and classroom participation.
• Provide individualized support and feedback to enhance student learning.
• Integrate technology and digital tools into the learning experience.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage student collaboration, discussion, and active participation.
• Maintain classroom discipline and establish clear expectations.
• Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues, and school administrators.
