Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field.
Administrative certification preferred.
Minimum one year of school-based administrative experience.
Minimum five years of successful classroom teaching experience in an American educational setting.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Strong working knowledge of instructional technology and data systems.
Job Function:
Coaches PreK–3rd teachers through classroom observations and feedback
Support effective curriculum implementation and differentiation
Translate School Improvement Plan goals into grade-band action steps
Lead analysis of student data (MAP, benchmarks, report cards) to drive instructional improvement
Collaborates closely with the Vice Principal/MTSS Coordinator as the point of contact for escalated academic or
behavioral concerns, including the coordination of parent meetings and student support referrals as needed
