Qualification:

Master’s degree in School Counseling, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
State certification or licensure (preferred)
Experience working with children and adolescents
Strong communication, discretion, and collaboration skills
Commitment to working in an Islamic educational environment

Job Function:

Provide short-term individual and small-group counseling for students (K–12)
Respond to concerns involving bullying, self-harm ideation, peer conflict, and behavioral challenges
Develop and implement annual schoolwide themes (e.g., bullying prevention, digital citizenship, social media
safety, resilience)
Conduct classroom guidance lessons across grade levels
Provide parent consultations and referrals to licensed mental health professionals when appropriate
Collaborate with administration in crisis response and student safety planning
